A residential complex generates a steady stream of small records: who moved in, whose car that is, what was reported at unit 14, who was sent to fix the gate. None of it is hard on its own. The problem is that it lives in five places, none of them shared, and the person who knows where it all is eventually leaves.

Units, residents, vehicles, parking, exclusive use areas, complaints and maintenance jobs are linked together, so opening one unit shows the whole story. Trustees and the managing agent see the same picture. Contractors get a login that shows only their own jobs.
