Block Logic provides one organised system for the information and work behind an estate. Units, residents, vehicles, parking, exclusive use areas, complaints, notes and maintenance jobs are connected so that opening one record reveals the full context.

The aim is simple: clearer communication, better accountability and handovers that do not erase the scheme’s memory.

Hi, I’m Tristyn, the founder of Block Logic.

I started Block Logic after watching trustees and managing agents keep entire schemes alive through spreadsheets, emails and WhatsApp messages, only for important information to disappear at every handover.

I saw the gap and set out to build a better way: a practical system that brings the information, processes and day-to-day management of an estate together in one place.

Because managing an estate should not depend on searching through someone else’s inbox.

Block Logic is designed around the realities of South African estates, body corporates and sectional title schemes. The system reflects the records these communities actually work with, including units, resident roles, parking, exclusive use areas, conduct complaints, contractors and maintenance jobs.

It runs a single estate today, with separation between estates on the way.
