Work orders
Standalone jobs against the complex: recurring or once-off, with a Blocked status for stalled work and an optional link back to the issue that raised them.
Contractor portal
Each contractor gets a login that shows only the work orders assigned to them — Mark Complete, Report a Blocker, or Resume. Enforced at our end, not just hidden from a menu.
Global search
One search box across units, blocks, residents, cars, parking and issues.
Audit log & notes
Who changed what, and when, across issues, work orders and note creation. Private notes with photos per unit.
